At the Train Station, I offer private personal training in a clean and well organized studio. You get the most efficient workout within your training session and there are no interruptions or waiting for equipment. This controlled atmosphere allows me to effectively carry out your program with a wide variety of exercises. It is a great alternative to the large gym scene!
This great atmosphere and setting has enabled me to create a special workout style that is almost impossible to carry out in a gym. This training method incorporates strength, cardio, and flexibility exercises. It helps you to burn maximum fat and calories while you are get stronger and more toned. The frequent change in order and type of exercises also keeps your workout fresh and fun.
In addition to the great workouts you get in at The Train Station, I also create programs for you outside the studio. I can quickly design a program for you that includes text and graphics so you can develop a routine at home or when you travel.
To add variety to your workouts, I supplement your program with exercise bands, stability balls, medicine balls and mat work. My philosophy is that exercise should be challenging, satisfying, and enjoyable. Exercise should always be a part of your life. It will keep you healthy and energized. Many of my clients have been working out here for years. They enjoy the whole experience.
