Just Breathe.
When I train people I always have them breathe out when lifting a weight or targeting a muscle. This is a common practice in most exercise routines but one that is all to easy to forget when working out on your own. Ever wonder why we tend to hold our breathe? Knowing a bit more about why we do this might help you remember to “just breath” next time.
